Breakfast Pizza



So leftover pizza for breakfast is a good thing, but an actual breakfast pizza is even better. I have yet to make this and someone not devour it.

1 Boboli or premade regular-sized pizza crust
1 package breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 cup hash browns
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/8 cup milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place cooked sausage on top of pizza crust, then hash browns and cheddar cheese. Mix milk and eggs together, season with salt and pepper - pour over pizza. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
