Transferware - Danish Fern

Cream-glazed stoneware in a pattern called Danish Fern, made in England from a 19th-century design is the topic of this collecting segment. The strikingly beautiful pattern on this fine English transferware is one of the few that can be dated back to the early 1800s. Handcrafted in England, the design of each piece is carefully transferred by hand onto creamy white stoneware. Fired for durability and protected by a one-of-a-kind glazing process, the delicate ferns and grasses create a classically beautiful pattern. [kon-tent] is having this pattern reproduced exclusively for them. Contact us for availability and pricing - ross@kon-tent.com.
