Spinach Artichoke Dip

1-9 oz. bag fresh spinach, chopped
2-14 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup italian blend cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together and place into an ovenproof dish, the one pictured is a 13" oval gratin.  Bake in a 350 degree, preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.  Serve with your choice of crackers or chips.
