Make your house a true international house of pancakes with ebelskiver. These stuffed pancakes are Danish in origin, and are one of those anomalies that look like they’d be complicated but are ridiculously simple to make. Simple, that is, with a little help from kon-tent and the ebelskiver pan. I will be demonstrating the following:
Graham Cracker ebelskiver filled with banana
Lemon Marscapone filled ebelskiver
Pecan Pumpkin Butter filled ebelskiver
