Breka Nutcracker

Anyone who knows me knews that I am a fan of the process.  Be it the grinding and tamping the beans for an espresso, whipping up eggwhites to a voluminous peak with a copper-handled whisk or the twisting of the handle on this Breka nutcracker.  I always get a smile when I pull this out for the Holiday season, it's like seeing an old friend every time. Hand crafted of solid walnut, it posseses all the qualities of a fine heirloom.

Although these are not easy to find and I am working on carrying them in my store, so stay tuned and I will update this post shortly hopefully with good news that you too can own one!
