1 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp sugar
4 c bread flour
1 tbsp. wheat gluten
2 tbsp. buttermilk powder
2 tsp. yeast
Place ingredients into bread machine pan in order listed. Set loaf on sweet, lightest crust option and 2 lb. loaf size. Remove loaf when done, let cool completely - slice and serve!
