Waffles Re-defined & Bread Class


A waffle is a batter-based cake or dough-based bread cooked in a waffle iron patterned to give a distinctive and characteristic shape. There are dozens of European regional variations, based on the type and shape of the iron and the recipe used.
Come find out inventive new ways to use your waffle iron. Eveyone loves waffles, and you will be the star of your home when you dish out these updated creations!

You will also be learning how to make a batch of Country, Buttery White Bread - an heirloom recipe of Ross' Grandmother.

This class will be held on Saturday, August 14 at the Bloomingdales from 11 am - 1 pm. The class is free to attend. Registration is required, call 952-883-2687.
