With the 70's came the birth of California cuisine. We started to think locally and seasonally when it came to our food. Our style of cooking was more about fresh flavors with modern style. Grilling vegetables and California olive oil were trendy. Our kitchens are still defined by this era and so let's pay homage to a decade that continues to influence us.
