This is a nice unexpected treat to serve for breakfast, bacon with a hint of sweet vanilla. You will need to get some Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Sugar and some thick-cut bacon - it's really that simple. I place the bacon onto a cooling rack fitted into a half-sheet pan and sprinkle 2 tbsp. of the Vanilla Sugar over the top and bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes!
